I have been feeling really down on myself and about the world lately. I started living alcohol free in 2019, and one year later, a pandemic hit. Needless to say, I have been going through several transformations; and I feel like the results of this test came at the perfect time. The beginning of my report was difficult to read and accept - I perceived it as so negative and felt even worse about myself at first!
