The report provided a great recap of who I am and the description of my management style was on target. I could see how some styles may also have pitfalls for others or myself. I feel more "directed" in knowing what behaviors to increase and also to decrease. I am very passionate about developing people. As a former executive within the hotel industry, I always related to subordinates in a way that prepared them for the next role. In essence, I could sense what they would become and I interacted with them as if they were already walking in their next role. I was surprised that the report picked up that trait. My wife also said that she was surprised by the accuracy of the report; opened the door for further discussions. The profile recap was eerily on target and I've already begun looking at where I can grow personally and professionally. I will be reviewing the insights the recap provided for quite some time! I found this report very insightful and right on the money. I am an INFP, and as I have read about my type before, I felt that this particular report has some additional insights and broke the traits down in more detail to give me a better idea of my preferences and why I prefer certain things over others. I felt like it was well worth the money and I will refer back to it often.

Surprised and pleased with the accuracy!

Wow! Truity completely nailed it with their personality test! At my best, I have a strong sense of self and it is so cool, encouraging and inspiring to see who I am on paper. If you take your time answering questions wholeheartedly, I have no doubt you’ll feel the same. Definitely worth the purchase!

One of the best personality tests online!

Detailed, thought provoking and enlightening. Did I learn something new? Somewhat. Am I going to be able to use this assessment for my growth or advancement? Potentially! If I’ve been carrying around some weighted baggage could that impact how I completed the assessment? Probably, but I can also work on some of those areas and retake the assessment in a year or so to compare, as I believe I took this assessment over a decade ago and had some slightly different results.
