I learned so much about myself! I have always viewed myself as a die hard extrovert. Found out I am a beautiful blend of introvert also. I will put into practice the guidance I was given on how to promote my attributes at work and in my private life.

I really enjoyed the positive descriptions of each characteristic of my personality type. I do agree with most of the personality trait. I find that I used to score more of an extrovert in the past, but I have come across abusive co-workers, narcissistic managers and criminally minded coworkers at my last job. This has caused my test scores to reflect more introverted results.

Good description but need more advice

Great synopsis. I'd be interested to learn how gender effects role perceptions/ expectations.

I am very impressed with the length and thoroughness of the report.

The Truity test was remarkably accurate and nuanced. Indeed, I worked as an engineer and technical writer. I have a minor disagreement with the descriptions in one small section - Objective vs Subjective. Taking into account the needs of others is not what distinguishes objective from subjective. Objective decisions also take into account the needs of others, but they are not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. Also, "detached" and "impersonal" have negative connotations. Detached implies indifferent. Impersonal also means 'not existing as a person' or 'having no personality.'

Enjoyed this exercise and am excited to us the information to both lean on my strengths and improve my weaknesses.

This was spot on with my personality. I enjoy taking these types of test because I can always use the info to become the best version of me.
