I liked this report. I am a certified DISC Trainer and Leadership Coach, and I thought it would be interesting to take this assessment again. It definitely explains and supports many of the things I have identified about myself lately. Now...if I can just get my wife to understand why I am the way I am and understand her personality, we might communicate a little better. :D

My experience with this service was and is extraordinary. It's very important for me to be able to understand myself, what motivates me and what are my strengths and weaknesses. It has been more than 2 years but I still get back to this report and reread it again. I plan to retake the test every 3 years. Type finder personality test was informative, I feel like it was pretty accurate in the descriptions that I tested high in. I was borderline on several types which wasn’t helpful but I think we all will have several borderline traits that could go one way or the other. I was hoping it would tell me more about dealing with other personality types.
