This has been very interesting. A valuable tool in understanding strengths vs weaknesses and lending insight on where to leverage abilities. As a people manager, it is vital to see how others may perceive me as well. Well worth the minor fee to generate the entire report.

I took the test because I’m considering a career change. Turns out I’m a creative who’s been working a very non-creative. It’s affirming to know my disconnect is not just due to a lack of gratitude :) I’d taken the free version a number of times and consistently received the same results. So I finally decided to get the detailed report. For the insight I gained, the investment was worth it. Specifically, the nuances for the “4 letters” and the insights for work satisfaction resonated with me.

I have consistently tested the same on the Myers-Briggs tests for decades. I believe the test is accurate and my choice of profession (attorney/executive) fits my personality pretty well.
