As an Employment Counselor, I have used many personality tests to determine which ones are the best to recommend to clients. This one is by far the most bang for your buck! I have taken the MBTI and it was not as in-depth, which was disappointing considering the price difference was much higher and it is essentially based on the same principles. I would recommend this to anyone who is starting out on a new path, whether career, new relationships, social life, family and kids. It will help to understand yourself and how you relate to others. This is a great tool for personal growth, building self-confidence, comparing value systems, thinking styles, environmental preferences and dealing with emotions.

This was an interesting report , quick and easy to do. No great surprises in the overall assessment, but very thought provoking to see the percentages of the different personality traits in some areas where I thought I was definitely one type but came out almost 50/50 between two types....so a few small surprises. Personally, I would have liked a few more 'pitfalls' to look out for with hints of how I can improve, but maybe I need a psychologist for that!
